Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure availability and adequate scheduling, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the booked service price. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
No-show appointments are treated as late cancellations and will also be subject to the 20% fee.
